We utilize our vast knowledge and access to high quality Silica Sand resources around the world to produce and maintain the quality of our Resin Coated Sand. Our product is specifically formulated to suit individual customer needs.
As Silica Sand is precious to us, we preserve this limited source sand and the environment by using our Sand Recycling system, which transforms Used Sand into Recycled Sand. Our Recycled Sand has excellent quality in terms of Thermal Expansion and Strength and is used in our Resin Coated Sand manufacturing process.
By utilizing our decades long knowhow and state of the art facilities and equipment, we are able to continue researching for materials and developing new products. One such way is by manufacturing Shell Cores for the Foundry Industry. Currently, we are producing a variety of Shell Cores for Cast Aluminum and Cast Iron. This allows us to obtain direct feedback on the quality of our Resin Coated Sand products.
